The first meeting is a FREE, non obligatory, no pressure consultation, there’s no sales pitch, and nothing to sign, just friendly advice about the services that are on offer.
The consultation process is designed to give you a better understanding of what is on offer whilst establishing what you hope to achieve from the specified programme. At the consultation a number of health related questions will be asked, so if you have any medical history which you think might be applicable, be sure to have this information to hand as it is necessary.
The first check will involve a blood pressure examination and also a resting heart rate measure; this will enable me to see what level of fitness you are at and identify areas that need work. The services on offer are extremely diverse ranging from exercise programmes for beginners all the way up to those with highly specific requirements such as sport related training.
