Everyone needs exercise especially children.
Kids who exercise will:
- have stronger muscles and bones
- have a leaner body because exercise helps control body fat
- be less likely to become overweight
- decrease the risk of developing type 2 diabetes
- possibly lower blood pressure and blood cholesterol levels
- have a better outlook on life
At present we are running various fitness classes for kids including Junior Boxercise. Boxercise is a fun, safe and effective form of exercise suitable for all ages, levels of fitness and ability. Boxercise is a good form of basic self defence, and can also improve motor skills.
