Adult Boxercise
Boxercise is fun and effective form of exercise suitable for all levels of fitness and ability. Boxercise involves a number of boxing orientated exercises in the form of circuit without the physical contact.
Both men and women can take part in boxercise.
Boxercise is a great stress buster it’s also good of fat burning, and its a great way to get in shape. The classes are good for socialising and a great way to meet new people.
