Firstly, clear existing data by selecting Clear!
In the Item box enter the name e.g. for petrol wasted on unecessary journeys, call it Petrol. Then have a rough guess at how much was spent on these wasted jouneys, eg £12 but for this just enter 12. Other entries could be for the odd chocolate bar, snacks, coffee (cakes) etc.
